Bruce Usher CLU, ChFC, RICP
Bruce began his career after obtaining his BA degree in human resources.
Since 1982, he has focused on working with closely held businesses in
the area of Benefits Design as well as Financial Consulting.
Bruce is a CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant). Bruce prides himself on his ability to create unique plans that are instrumental in helping his clients save taxes and accumulate wealth. His work philosophy reveals his dedication to the profession: "Our planning services focus on helping our clients crystallize what their objectives are. Then with risk management and strategic allocation of assets, we implement a plan to help achieve the clients' goals."
Bruce's industry honors and awards include past President of the National Association of Financial and Insurance Professionals, Life Member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, and recipient of the National Sales Achievement and the National Quality Award.
He has outlined retirement planning at public appearances and has appeared on TV and radio shows with this information.
Melissa Lasiter, LSR
Melissa brings twenty-three years of experience. Her education, experience, and focus are in the area of client satisfaction, insurance administration, and relationship building.
"Melissa has that unique ability to communicate with the client and immediately reassure them that she has their best interest at heart," was a comment received by a client.
Highly motivated, energetic, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines are among her many skills. "My goal is to further strengthen our ability to listen to our customers and deliver what they need, efficiently and effectively."
Melissa is married to Darel, and they have two spirited boys named Cody and Austin.
